"I purchased a new unit from Miami Ice in August 0f 2020. I have had to have 3 major repairs on the Rheem unit that they sold me. In December of 2020 the heater in the unit wouldn't come on. I had to pay for a service call and the tech said that the wiring from the new unit to the thermostat was faulty and that it would be $2,500 to fix it. I called another company who came and fixed it because they had used the wrong wire gage in the new unit. I called them to report the findings of the new company and never heard back from them. They were also suppose to check two vents in my house and they never did."

"Bought an AC from Lazaro, called bout 8 times their phone is commonly disconnected and have had several repairs on the NEW AC unit the installed. Worst con business ever. Finally hot a new company says in was installed wrong."

"Run, don’t walk away from this company and these people! I know for a fact 2 of the 3 “reviews” left on this site is from one of the owners of the company. They have several DBAs and continue to do this to customers. The worst service I’ve received in years. They act all nice at the start and then misinform you the entire way. Once they get into your home, get their hands on your funds; let there be an issue and poof, they disappear. I’ve filed complaints across the board and will continue to pursue every DBA and vendor of theirs until I get to the bottom of these shenanigans. "Pro: Very punctual. Con: Looked at my unit for ten minutes and told me I needed a brand new install. He told me he would give me a good deal (red flag and I told him this.) and gives me a proposal for $6,050 but I got the nice guy discount for a total of $4,900. I asked for an itemized invoice as I immediately looked up prices based on the names and numbers he was giving me and I found them going for $1,800- $2,200 but their system didn't allow for that. So, based on prices I found online, I was being charged, what, ~$3,800 for labor and the warrantly/ maintenance plan? A different company came out an hour later and did diagnostics for maybe 20 minutes. Replaced the outside motor, capacitor, added Freon and gave everything a good cleaning as it has been unused for over a year. $400 total. Definitely get a second opinion if they try to sell you a brand new unit. And even if you are shopping for one, I just can't recommend a company that cannot break down their charges."

"My central Ac has been giving me issues for a while that it doesn’t cool properly. I came home from work and it wasn’t cooling. Realizing its already late I was provided Miami Ice’s number by my neighbor. They suggested to call, I called and they responded immediately and scheduled an appointment with an hour. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get someone scheduled for 4pm on a Friday. The tech(Lazaro) he was very knowledgeable and very professional. He basically told me I needed a new central AC. He helped with the financing and paper work needed. I accepted the proposal and I was installed the following morning Saturday. With the whole process they explained everything to me thoroughly and I was happy with the service and efficiency they work. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."
