"When I dropped off my sewing machine for repair there was an older woman and she seemed sweet and attentive. She told me it had been her parent’s store. When we came back to pick up the sewing machine we dealt with horrific customer service, I was trying to ask questions about the machine and I could tell the man was very irritated and did not want to help me. He seemed completely unhinged because then he started, unprompted, saying really homophobic things, and going on and on about Disney. Absolutely no one brought up any of these topics. Why he thought I would be a receptive audience is beyond me, I’ll find someplace else next time."
"My 25 year old sewing machine is in excellent condition but the pedal foot stopped working … I took it in and they were so helpful and kind and found one that fit!!! Also they found an extension table that fit !!! Highly recommend this place for all your sewing needs!!!"
