Welcome to Seaside Serenity, a tranquil retreat located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Port St. Joe, Florida. Just two blocks away from the soft white sands of the beach, this real estate and travel agency offers a perfect getaway for families or groups looking to relax and unwind.

The property features a large, private backyard with an inground pool, seating areas, sunning spots, a grill, and outdoor fans for ultimate comfort. Upon entering Seaside Serenity, guests will be greeted by a spacious and airy atmosphere, ideal for spreading out and enjoying quality time together.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, but allowed by the pool with closed doors. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and the maximum occupancy is limited to 14 guests. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with longer stays possibly during holiday periods.

Guests must be at least 26 years old to make a reservation, and the property is not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00pm to 7:00am, with a noise level limit set by city ordinance.

Parking is limited to 6 vehicles in the driveway, and guests are responsible for disposing of garbage in the designated receptacles. Housekeeping is not provided daily, but guests have access to a washer and dryer for their convenience.

In case of storms or hurricanes, refunds will only be given if mandatory evacuations are ordered by authorities. The owners are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on or off the premises while using provided equipment.

By accepting a reservation at Seaside Serenity, guests agree to abide by all rental rules and regulations and assume all risks associated with their stay. Any breaches of the terms may result in eviction and liability for fines.
