"They did my install of my new ac unit. There was a leak somewhere throughout the system. Had to pay for the coolant or whatever term it is. 3lbs one time at which they said it was fixed.. 4 days later it was running hot again.. they had to come out again to try and find the leak.. they said it was good, had to once again pay for coolant. First time was 300+ second was 400+. Then a few days later it went out again ! Ended up calling another place to fix everything which cost 1000+. So I cannot recommend using these guys. The owner is a good guy.. his subcontractors or employees were unprofessional and definitely never fixed any leak. Haven’t had a problem since I had another company come out. Wouldn’t recommend advance air ever sadly."
