"We used carriages of Pensacola for our wedding last month as our exit from ceremony and entrance to cocktail hour! We were very pleased with their service. they were on time and carriage was clean! They took us around historic district on a carriage ride for about 45 minutes and it was very relaxing. They were very accommodating and flexible with our requests. They even took some of our guests on a ride during cocktail hour. The carriage and horses were definitely a hit and talked about all night from the guests. Definitely would recommend for a bride and groom!"

"They forgot my wedding day. I was waiting ouTside to be picked up at they time they told me to be there. I called and was informed that they totoally forgot about my wedding. I normally don't write reviews but the carriage was a huge part of my Disney themed wedding and I was forgotten about. Now they won't respond to any of my text or phone calls! The refund has not been issued I have checked all of my accounts. I suggest the refund be done by tomorrow! Y'all forgot my wedding! Keep your coupons I would never use them and I'm in the bridal industry and will never tell anybody to use you! Y'all almost ruined my wedding day and I talked to y'all 4 days before hand!"
