"I contacted John C Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing for an AC repair. Initially, they quoted $700 for the fix, which seemed reasonable. However, I needed a day to discuss with my wife before committing to this expense. The real problems began when I tried to schedule the repair after our decision. Getting someone back out turned into an unexpectedly complicated process. The company made me jump through numerous hoops, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When a technician finally arrived, they informed us that a warranty part was needed, but it would take over two weeks to arrive. Moreover, they were unhelpful and dismissive when I inquired about expediting the process. The experience left me feeling like they were only interested in the initial payment but not in providing timely or helpful service afterward. It's disappointing when a company doesn't value its customers' time or urgency, especially for essential home services like air conditioning. I would not recommend John C Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing based on this experience. Their approach seems to prioritize easy money while neglecting customer care and support."
