He tells you exactly what is wrong with your car, and what it will take to have it fixed properly. The repair costs are more than fair and the job is always done correctly. "Been a customer of Why Go To The Dealer for years, and just here to testify that this shop is still the best. Mark not only took great care of my previous BMW and Alfa Romeo 4c Spider when I had it; but when I recently purchased a new car, he saved me lots of money by inspecting it and spotting its issue within a couple minutes of looking at it. (It took two other shops the warranty covered several hours and tests to agree.) I ended up thinking I had to take it to a dealership to get the repair done under Silver Rock's 100-day warranty, (Mark later told me that his shop could have done it under them, as well); and not only was their price, indeed higher than Why Go to the Dealer's, but it took them a full week to complete a repair that Mark quoted as seven hours of labor.
