"Do not believe the fake paid reviews about this business. Stevens Air Services works with Master Home Services Inc. located in Hollywood, Florida and those reviews speak for themselves. They are as crooked as it comes, I have tried multiple times to speak to an owner but I still get met with the AC technician TOM who ripped me off and refuses to give me a refund. There is a reason they are not accredited on the better business bureau. I paid them $498 for service and not even a week later my AC is in the same condition that it was in the first place. Their fee to come out & look at the problem is $49, the ac technician Tom removed 4 screws and told me that I needed to pay $99 because he “worked”. I wouldn’t recommend these thieves to anyone!"
