Made a reservation with them and try to cancel it four days later due to not being able to accommodate the amount of people that were going. They kept my entire deposit and had no understanding of the situation. I would not use this company at all. Very disappointed in this company and shame on them for the way that they conduct business. "ARRIVED AT PROPERTY AND THE HOUSE WAS STILL FILTHY FROM PREVIOUS RENTERS. EVERY SINGLE BED WAS UNMADE, WE HAD NOWHERE TO SLEEP IN THE HOUSE, SO WE LEFT AND GOT A HOTEL. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY. $1000 NON REDUNDABLE BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP..PROPERTY MANAGER ANGELA WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR TEXT BACK. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THE SITUATION. THIS IS A SCAM!!!"

"I have dealt with many Management Companies for villas in Orlando and this one has to be the worst by a long length. They are unresponsive, do not answer the phone, on Whats App they promise to call back and don't, you try to make a booking using their rates and then they query the rate. Stay away, do not book through this company. Do not allow your villa to be managed by this company."

"Terrible experience with this management company, rented us a house and then delivered one without a game room/ non working pool/ movie theater that was broken. Guest services were a joke. Look elsewhere"
