Reunion Resort & Golf Club

"We paid for a full week and ate the cost of 3 full days because we were miserable and hemorrhaging money for every amenity-- so we left early to stay elsewhere. We were treated horribly from the moment we arrived. Our plane was delayed, arrived at 10pm, not crazy late. Were told several times the staff had all left and no one wanted to help us check in. Our Grocery order was left in the lobby despite the hotel stating they would gladly refrigerate it for us, and we had to throw out 100$ worth of food. Zero help with transportation. We had to spend 150$ a day to UBER places because shuttle service app didn't work, was overbooked, or hours were limited (could not use it even once). No transportation from our room to any amenities-- If you are a golfer, this place is for you. Anyone else, it's awful. Everything is spread so far out you have to walk a mile to get to a pool or the "waterpark" (which was about 60° , not heated, and no one would get in). No on-site transport available and you can't walk on the golf paths so you have to walk through construction and through traffic. Earing on site isn't an option because you'd have to walk a mile to dinner, again, no shuttle. If you want to go to theme parks it will be at least 100$ a day because they offer no transport or assistance. Again-- we left a PAID hotel room three days early to pay for another place because this property was so awful."

"Stayed here for a golf trip. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa overlooking a golf course. It was very nice and spacious. Clean comfortable and reasonably priced. We played all 3 golf courses. Probably liked the Nickolas best. Tough greens! Definitely worth trying for a fun golf trip."

"This is a wonderful resort. Stayed in a superior villa is an apartment. Booked a 2bed and received a 3bed. Very spacious, full equipped and washer dryer. Water park is included in resort fee but other activities there is a fee. Property is gated and quiet. Golf courses look amazing. Resort fee plus parking adds up."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Reunion. We had a 3 bed room, 3 bath suite with an awesome balcony. Rooms were nice and clean, and very spacious. We enjoyed the waterpark, and I enjoyed the pool bar. Definitely worth staying here despite the drive to Disney/Universal."
