"I have had a fan on since August 2, 2023 when it was installed..I called Miklos once and asked if this should be occurring...I was told yes...Today, 7 months later when an extremely nice gentleman , Brian, came out for a regular service call, he immediately heard the fan running and said this should NOT BE ON 24/7. Besides the fact that I was being charged for extra electric current for 7 months, I am not pleased that someone there should have known the fan should not be on 24/7...Brian did put in a new part but I am not pleased that I was given incorrect information when I called to find out if it should be constantly running."

"A technician from Miklos Air was servicing our next door neighbors AC a few weeks ago when we asked if he wouldn’t mind popping by our house really quickly (Miklos used to service the previous owners we had purchased the home from) as we had a small leak coming somewhere in our AC unit and wanted to see if he knew the issue. The technician was so kind, said absolutely and told us we needed a new drainage pan as ours had a small hole in it and was leaking. The technician was beyond nice, accommodating, knowledgeable, can’t say enough! He told us to call the office and schedule when he could come out and fix our pan. Upon my husband Kyle calling for multiple days in a row, being told we’d be given a call back, someone not answering, not returning phone calls, etc. we finally after 4 attempts at scheduling a service, got an email back stating that our unit is too old and they won’t fix the pan, only replace our entire unit. The front desk, Stephanie, was not nice, not accommodating, and did not return phone calls or servicing questions. She was unprofessional and not a pleasure to try and work with. This is unfortunate as we really liked the technician, his demeanor and knowledge, but Stephanie has turned us off from this company entirely. We’ve gone with another company and they were a pleasure to schedule a repair with."
