"If it wasn’t for your day staff this would have been a 1 star review, your pharmacist over night on 2/16 was dumber than a box of rocks. She is the lowest of lows, only wanting to do the minimum. I asked this pharmacist if she could take some information over the phone, no you have to come in. Mind you I’m 90 miles from home in the hospital with my son who is trying to be discharged. Called this morning after shift change and the pharmacist had no issues with taking that same information over the phone so I didn’t drive out there and waste gas. She also gave me more information and the RX’s that were sent can not be crushed so the doctor is sending new RX over. Thank you so much day shift pharmacy!!!!!"

"So as of today at about 130 until 2 o’clock I was at this Walgreens location. There was an older woman with glasses, wearing a blue collared shirt and black pants with blonde short hair so I believe to be a manager of some sort I called beforehand, asking for help with the photos And I asked why maybe all the current CVS locations could possibly be closed and some of the Walgreens closing at 1:30 and she replies I don’t know I don’t work for CVS. I work for Walgreens. Completely rude. As I walk towards the beauty section I see you’re helping with a return , and she’s arguing and yelling at her employees who are super nice by the way in front of customers and I think that is completely unprofessional. This woman should not be running a business when she doesn’t know how to talk to customers or her staff."

"My wife was at home with bad Covid. The doctor called in a prescription for Paxlovid. I called to see if it was ready and they told me it was at Donald Ross Walgreens. I drive all the way there and they know nothing about it. I drive back and now they tell me they don’t have it. Doctor tells them it’s on the voicemail, which they tell me is broken. He the sends it electronically and I go back a 3rd time. Now the complete JERK of a pharmacist tells me he will not fill it because the doctor is not our primary care physician. WHAT!?! An emergency doctor prescribed it. He was just trying to be difficult because I had been back 3 times. The doctor sent it to CVS and I got it 15min later."

"Location intentionally falsely advertises prices. Attempted to buy something that had a ticket for BOGO. It didn’t ring up that way. Cashier says that their manager asks them to put up the sale tickets early and sale doesn’t start until tomorrow. Yet nowhere on the advertised price does it have a start date. Says good through July 1. Employees are clueless and have ZERO customer service skills."

"Thank you for being open 24/7!! And, thank you specifically to the late shift pharmacist. She is always so pleasant and diligent. After dealing with a sick kid and advocating for their healthcare, her empathy really has an impact. I hope she knows!"
