"Being an Advantage customer is the cat's pajamas when it comes to holding all my A/C costs down to a low monthly payment which is easy for me to budget. It's an especially important membership here in South Florida where my A/C runs year round. Anyway I'm over the moon that even my filters and filter changes are covered in my payment. No additional charges....ever!! What piece of mind I'm covered for anything at anytime. My family and I will never be uncomfortable because of any hidden costs with our A/C. I'm told Service Experts doesn't offer or install cheap or inferior filters. I can usually get 3 months before I need to call for same day filter change. How I know its time for the change is when my sinuses start acting up, giving me headaches. When this happens I know it's time to change the filter. This filter system they use has eliminated me having to take Allegra daily. Or at all. Since getting this unit installed I haven't had to take any sinus medicine. Prior to this membership I took it for 20 years. Technology advancement is wonderful. What I save in sinus medicine and filters actually lowers my costs to be on the Advantage. This is a winner for my family and I. Long winded posts, but thank you Brian G. For showing up at a time that fits my schedule after work and changing my filter! I feel like I've won the lottery! In and out in 5 minutes for fresh clean air!"

"Initially the service call was just a check of the electrical panel to ensure its safety . Shaun Darby was extremely thorough and informative. He patiently explained to me the minor problem he found. Although the panel could have safely stayed as it was I decided to replace a couple of the breakers based on Shaun' s explanation.
