"Yearly Update: 2022 Almost 6 years ago Airnow installed a Lennox AC at my home. Since then I have had no ends of trouble with this unit. Now the warranty is out at 5 years, the coils have a leak and I am looking at paying half of what I paid to install this piece of garbage to fix it. We have called Airnow multiple times and asked them to call us back but has not received a response. I've called Lennox and waited for hours with no response. Today is my loss, I am sure you don't want to lose, so stay away from Lennox and Airnow. Yearly Update: 2023 My AC continues to leak Freon. Every six months I have to have someone come out and refill it at $90 a pound. So Far this year I have paid over $1K for labor, leaky valves and filling the freon. The coils were leaking this time again. Lennox replaced the coil but the labor and freon is about $800. At this point, I am just sad that I was sold a defective product and needs to pay so much to maintain it. When I bought this AC, I did not know that Air now would not advocate for me with Lennox. Merry Christmas all and I will give you an update next year."

"Leo did a great job and fixed our AC problem. We used another company in the past and they tried to sell my family a new unit and said our current one was bad. I have a toddler and a baby on the way. We can not afford a new unit. Leo figured out the problem and fixed it with minimal cost. Because of his honesty and knowledge of what he does this is the only AC company my family will be using going forward."

They have been great at diagnosing mechanical issues with the new unit and have fixed any little problems. Great to know they have intelligent techs that are patient and respectful to homeowners. "I’m extremely pleased with this company. I am a renter and have had issues with Tricon itself but this company has been hands on with me to assure everything gets done. Last week my house was at 82 degrees and we were waiting on approval from Tricon so they could work on my home. Well Jackie and Aaron both made sure to fix this issue temporarily for us. Best part about it is that this was in a Saturday and he got here within an hour or so! I’ve had to reschedule due to not being home and they’ve had zero issues or fits about me rescheduling. Jackie is very polite every time you speak with her and Aaron gets the job done with very great explanation as to what’s going on. They’re both amazing and truly need a great raise!
