"I called for service and had a technician come out same day. Was happy about that but was told they would have to order the part and that it would not be fixable until Monday. Repair took place late Monday. I feel that the part needed was quite standard in the industry and not much effort was put forth for quicker service. AH installed my unit in 2017. I figured having bought from them initially service would be more of a priority. Also, I was told I need a UV light $750 (which I totally do, there is some mold), but when I inquired why I wasn't told I needed one in 2017 on the original install the answer was vague. Had someone told me I needed this to prevent mold for sure I would have purchased it in 2017. Now I have a problem what was totally avoidable. Service person was professional/ clean no issue there. I just did not care for this overall experience as I felt it was too long to wait for a basic part/blower motor (4 days in Florida UGH) with a previous sale and I now have some mold as I don't have a UV light which should have been offered on the original sale of unit."
