"8 months. 5 phone calls. THEY LOST MY $2000 COFFEE MACHINE. Then when we demanded it be sent back after being charged $300+ dollars. It was filthy and the water tank was shattered! The last phone call was supposedly with "the owner" except it's the same voice we talked to the other 4 times. He said he fired the guy who lost the paperwork on our coffee machine. Then A) how do you know what was wrong with it in the first place and how was it fixed? The answer: it wasn't and it came back disgustingly dirty inside and out. I want my money back and for you to not cause this much frustration to any other customers. Yes, I feel like you took advantage of me. What a jerk thing to do."
"My husband was ripped off with a KitchenAid mixer, i called the company and they told me can’t find model since is labeled as refurbished, I contact Ed and he found the model number and the part that we need, he went above and beyond overnighting the part since we are 4 hours away, excellent service, highly recommend."
"We left there our mixer by end of June, they charge us the cost of repair and shipping but we still don’t have it, no updates and no news so far. Disappointing."
"Excellent repair shop. Not only did the guy fix my 20 year old Kitchenaid mixer, he greased and did some overall maintenance that I've been ignoring. He even found me a spare handle to replace the one that fell off, which isn't sold separately. They also did the job in less than a week! As far as negatives go, I didn't like them calling me 15 min before closing for the weekend to tell me my mixer was fixed (a heads up would've been nice). Also, prices are a bit steep, but you're getting what you pay for! Finally, attitude leaves more to be desired, but you're not there for the friendly conversation. These guys do professional work. They are also the only Kitchenaid approved shop in Orlando."
