"We really enjoyed our stay even though it rained almost the entire trip. The view we had was stunning. We had struggles with parking with no safe public parking nearby. The staff at the front desk threatened to tow my friend who came out for the day. I spent most of the rainy day checking on my friends car. Moving it every 2 hours to keep from getting towed."

"We rented a condo from this place a couple times before and had overall good experiences. This past week, we payed $4,500 to stay at unit 709 and had a horrible experience. First of all, we had no water pressure in the master bathroom sinks, the mattresses were old and squeaked every time you turned. The stove took 40 minutes just to boil water, the plumbing in the guest bedroom continuously ran all the time, the fan in the living room would randomly turn on and the sheets/ towels were stained. There were no cleaning supplies provided, and all the toilet paper in the unit was from the residents that stayed previously in the condo. On top of all these problems, we had a massive issue with an infestation of insects in the unit. I discovered tiny ant-like creatures crawling along my bedroom side table, and that following evening found even more of them in the couch. The next morning, we discovered that there was old food behind the bed that was attracting the little insects. We contacted management with the pluming issues, and they fixed it, but when it came to the bug problems, we had no help with the situation. They stopped responding to our texts, and without contacting us, they left a can of bug spray at our door. After all of these issues, we received no apologies or small refund of our stay. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this condominium anymore."

"This was by far the nicest suite I and my family have ever stayed. It was perfectly roomy and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. The space was perfect for entertaining and had all the ingredients of a perfect vacation getaway. The custodian and the customer service was extremely polite and kind and the beach access was prime. 10/10 would stay again."

"Gorgeous modern condo with spectacular views, only thing is when you want to leave building to go on a walk about you must exit from the garage which feels kind of peasant like. No using the lobby !"
