The length that it took to repair and the cost was a little longer and more than I expected, but given the condition of our economic disaster, it was unavoidable due to the fact that deliveries were involved. Not only does he do a great job, he did it in a timely fashion for a fair price . I think it was ready the day after I dropped it off. And I’m sure some jobs take longer but Terry is honest and that’s what I like the most about him. He didn’t try to up sale me on anything I didn’t actually need. I also watched him look at another customers mowers and he told them he could fix it but it would be better off to take the money and put it towards a new mower.
