"Excellent customer service and follow through. Helped us with our LG TV even though we are a good way out of their service area. Mobile tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Also he made best friends with our dog. Highly recommend!"
"I was having an issue getting my large screen TV fixed as no one wanted to come out to Starke. But when I called and spoke to Dwayne he stated even though I am not in their service area he would be happy to come out. Today he came out and spent about 30 minutes checking my tv to find the issue and then repairing it. Dwayne was really courteous and helpful and I really appreciate him and Consumer Electronics for coming out so far."
"Our out of warranty dryer had a slight burning smell so I called LG and they recommended this company. Tech came out next day, ran a test, reattached a plastic barrier that had been removed and found no other problem. Appreciate the fast, courteous service!"
"Recently, my LG OLED had an issue where the screen displayed some black lines to one side of it before ultimately refusing to power on at all. I was under warranty and initially contacted Costco who made the arrangements for me to have it serviced. The process was smooth the whole way through, and a couple of days after my initial report of the issue I received a call from Mindy with Consumer Electronics and Appliance Services. She was very helpful and quickly sussed out the issue I was having. She placed an order for a replacement OLED module and I received a text with tracking information for the shipment shortly thereafter. Once I saw that the piece had arrived, I contacted Mindy again who was able to set up an installation appointment the following day. Very quick, very efficient. The following morning their service technician, Dwayne, was at my home well within the window of time I was told to expect. Mindy had advised me how I should have the television set up to make the process easy for him and he was quickly able to go about his work and have the faulty module replaced. All in all, it was a very quick affair and the problem was resolved in under 30 mins. Dwayne gave me some tips about general upkeep (running pixel refresh, etc) and was on his way. I wanted to make sure to give a firsthand account of the experience with this company because I couldn't have asked for a smoother process the entire way through. My kids were watching Mickey Mouse Club within 20 minutes of Dwayne taking off and everything works like it did before. Highly recommend. They may also be the only (or one of the only) businesses in Jacksonville that deal in OLED repair, FYI."
"For better or worse another's experience may vary ...I brought my television in after a storm. Wife says she heard something pop while it was off and it didn't turn on. It did have power but wouldn't turn on. LG55B6P. Sidenote: this is the 2nd LG that's had this type of issue after 2-4 years of ownership. Called CE and spoke with Mindy who was very friendly. They did an intake and I dropped it off. Tip: don't forget to bring the remote, I had slight trouble reprogramming mine when I got it back. They were busy at the time of drop off so it took 3-4 weeks total for the repair. $300-400. 90 day warranty. Hopefully the fix is permanent and it buys me another few years. I would return but hoping it's not necessary. Picture taken at pickup after repair."
