Singer Alterations

"I cannot give a less than one star review but i wish i could. My mother took her machine to get fixed. After weeks of waiting we pick it up and it didnt work. We took it back he said there was nothing wrong with it.(Besides the bad attitude). Tired of delaing with it. My uncle decide to disasamble the machine and the problem was that where the pulley runs it was full of sewing thread so the bell did not grove properly on it and jumps. We also found missing screws and a complete mess. And he charged my mom 250.00 for what? Consider this place if you want to get rip off."

"Horrible experience after charging me more than 500 dollars for the repair he left me with problems that I had to call another mechanic and caused me to lose one of the parts that had no problem, actually stay away from him"

"My wife bought a pedal for a cooking machine and 5 days later we went to return it because it stopped working. He sold it as new, $69.99, and it was an old, used pedal. The worst customer service. I do not recommend this business to anyone."

"Terrible experience.... I called and specifically said that I needed bobbing winder fixed. He initially told me $139.00. Then he took it apart and told me $169.00 which I was okay with. Then I go to pick it up and he charges me $265.00. He also mentioned to me verbally that he would give me a 1 year warranty. When he wrote up the receipt, he only put 3 months warranty and told me that parts are a 1 year warranty but he didn't write that on the receipt. Furthermore, the bobbing winder wasn't even fixed. Very upset"
