I spoke to their scheduling department and they told me that they would send a technician in 2 - 2.5 hours and when this time passed I called them again and they told me the technician would be calling me any minute because he was on his way to my house. An hour passed after this and called again and they told me he was still working on the last job and he still didn’t know when he would finish. If I was informed accurately about his delay I would have reached out to someone else and now have to spend the night with no AC in mid summer weather. Thank you for not communicating properly and leaving me hanging."
