"Prices change after you get there, they tell you it's $430 and by the time you leave they tell you that you need this other part or the warranty will not cover you. So it's and extra $150, spoke to several other customers and they were told the same thing for other services. So it looks like a normal thing there to add extra cost to make their sales look better."
"I went to Midas for an oil change and they offered me some others services they said my car needed: air filters replacement and a flush brake. After I left one of the lights of the dashboard was on (engine) and there was a noise from a fan that was on for so long after you turn off the car. I came back today and the guy told me that they have to check my car with the computer and will be charged for $120 to find out the problem. It would be anything unrelated with my visit yesterday because my car was ok when I left. Of course I left to another place. When my car was checked, the filters were changed, the oil too, but they found a sensor disconnected, and the break fluid it wasn’t flushed. I came back to MIDAS to request a reimbursement of the service that they never did (flush brake), and they said no. They would do the service. A service that was paid yesterday, when they’re supposed to do it. Waste of money and waste of time for me. you’re wasting your costumers I will not be returning to this location lack of customer service and professionalism."

"I went to get an oil change at Midas for the first time on 11/4/23 i usually go to Toyota. Everything was ok at first I got my car back after 45. I left Midas to head to my nail appointment all my lights came on the dashboard the engine, the control system. I immediately called them and drove back there. To see what’s going on with my car because it was not doing that before I took it to them. The guy Neil tells me all that he done was the oil change and reset the maintenance control. Now I am even mad because on receipt they was supposed to have done the tire rotation and replenish the low fluids which no of that was done. So he then tells me drive around for an hour and if the lights don’t go off come back and we can do a diagnostic test and if anything else wrong we won’t charge you much. So the guy in the office states maybe it got wet from the rain. Never mind you it was not raining when I came to or left Midas. After an hour my car starting cutting out while I was driving. Thank God he keep his Angels around me. So I took it to auto zone to do the diagnostic test it says it was the mass control sensor. So I purchased the item and took it to get it place on. When they open my hood the hose was not connected to the engine so the car can breathe. I know things can happen but why was he even up there if he is only doing a oil change. After discovering that I was glad they didn’t do the tire rotation, tire’s probably would have rolled off while driving. Then it made me wonder did they do and oil change. He did. But people check your cars after being serviced. I will not be going back and will not recommend."
"After visiting multiple mechanics over 7 months for the 'tone" of the driving sound my Q7 was making, Manny and his team at Midas Cutler Bay were the only ones that accurately diagnose it and fixed the problem. They communicated well during the service and have through instruction on how to properly break in my new bearings hub and breaks. They will be the only ones servicing all my vehicles moving forward."
