"Called in an emergency. Nixon Air responded immediately and were able to be at the property within 30 minutes. Nixon Air went above and beyond as the issue ended up not being an A/C condensation pipe venting issue but a clog/plug in the common feeder drain for 3 stacked apartment units (all feeding into common drain). They saved us an additional $150 or more in expenses by returning with a plumber-grade vacuum to suck out the clog. We are extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail. Their quick thinking saved damage to the interior of property by preventing A/C condensation line from backing up into interior utility closet. "Nixon Air did such an amazing job. I reached out to them knowing I needed a new AC unit and likely some other upgrades done but wasn't exactly sure what. They came in and inspected the house and made a recommendation. They didn't just install an AC, they redesigned my system to be more efficient, easier to access and take up less space. They moved one handler to the attic and removed the two old ones hanging in my garage. They also re-did all my duct work, moved a system from my clothes closet to a linen closet and elevated my new units to avoid any future flooding. They did the whole thing in about 3 days, cleaned up afterwards, and even rebuilt me a floor in my closet where they removed a unit. They were kind, knowledgable and hardworking.
