"The technician, Mr. David, was top notch. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. The problem was the compressor on an LG fridge. The part was covered under warranty but the labor was not. Still, it beat having to purchase a new refrigerator when the one we had (seven years old) was still in great shape. The repair was one tenth the cost of a new refrigerator. Thank you, Dr. Appliance! You've got my vote!"
"I am a retired senior, a veteran and a full time Cape Coral resident. When we had a problem with our clothes washer, I called Appliance Doctor who sent out a tech. I explained the problem in detail to the tech. He removed the panel, looked inside a bit, and then informed me he couldn't find anything wrong. Charged me a service fee and left without doing any repair work. The problem with the washer continued and not trusting Appliance Doctor to diagnose and fix the problem ( they had already failed once), I contacted another appliance repair company. They promptly sent out a tech who identified the problem in about 6 minutes, took pictures of the broken equipment that was causing the problem so I could see the issue for myself, and provided a quote to repair. Obviously, I will not be using Appliance Doctor for ANY work, and will not be recommending them."

"Don't waste you time. Needed my washer repaired with a household of 4 boys.....Called and spoke to gentleman who said he would call me back in 15 minutes and never did. Next day I called repetitively with no answer or voicemail.If you need something done quickly move on to the next."
