"One star is for the management.John V talks a good talk but seems not to be able to walk the walk. They seem to have a real problem in showing up as said. Even with an annoying 5 hour window they still do not make the appointment. Scheduled for between 10am and 3pm. It was 2:37pm when I received a call informing me that the Nerd was running late and they could reschedule, take up another day, or keep me updated as to when I may expect their Nerd to arrive. If it was the first time, I would shake it off. The second time, luck of the draw. Now the third time over two different appointments. The Nerd Idea is cute, but some Nerds have expertise in a specific task, but no idea on how to run a service business. They seem To have an internal problem. The actual plumbers have always been very competent and friendly. Unfortunately I think we will be best to contact another company. There are a lot of choices for good plumbers.."
