Best Buy

"Best Buy used to be the best one point shop place for electronics. But I think the situation has changed now. I visited two Best Buys and they both are in a condition as if they are cutting down the business. I was looking for Camera and they had only 3 cameras in display. Only Canon. Come on, you are Best Buy. Yu are supposed to keep multiple brand cameras in display. How could someone decide which camera is good if you don't have it in display? They have, I think, shifted their business more into phones, laptops and TVs. Everything else is for name sake. I am seriously disappointed!"

"My girlfriend and I came in on Sunday the eleventh of February to get a new laptop for her to use for school and we had a great experience. John and Drew were both very helpful and professional with their attitude as well as had a deep understanding of the software and products in the store."

"I like having best buy as an option to see something before I buy, and to find accessories and stuff like that. This visit, I was doing a return and stood in the checkout line for 10 minutes as 1 person was staged to do checkout. The line grew to 10 people and nobody working there seemed to care."

"It seems like inventory was pretty low for a Best buy. Comparing it to stores in less populated areas I really think it should have more stock. I looked very hard at Chromebooks for about 15 minutes and was not approached by any sales people. This was fine with me, but it was surprising because Best buy typically has people ask you if you need something every 5 minutes. I also looked for a long time at phones and had the same experience. It was not crowded. I gave it a good four stars simply because I appreciate that Best buy is one of the last tech stores that has a varied amount of stock in the different categories of technology."

"Attempted to rerun an item today. I was told by associate and manager that item was not returnable. I could see no reason why. Upon calling Best Buy customer service number they said there was absolutely no reason the store should not have accepted the return and to go back and speak to the manager. I said I had and that they were uninformed of their own policies. And no one bothered to look it up. I wasted my time driving there and had to go to another Best Buy to be able to return the item."
