"No stars here ! Do yourself a favor and use another company ! Charlie the owner is Horrible to deal with ! My old unit worked fine but it was old and we wanted a worry free new system. The first time I tried the heat it could not even get the house to 70 degrees and it was only 52 degrees outside ! When they came out to see why Charlie blamed it on my Wiring and then the duct work. Why would you put a new $10,000 unit if you new I Supposedly had other issues and that the new one would not work. I called another company for a second opinion and now it works great. It was none of the things Charlie said it was and wanted to charge me an additional amount for ! It was a simple fix!"
