"Lesson learned. Had install on Jan 6th and it's still incomplete. I've paid in full day of install. Big mistake. No one has contacted me once since install. I reached out a few times to find out what what going on and was told someone would be contacting me because there's an issue with measurement's. I'm still waiting. A word of advice to Cilff's, be more proactive with your customers. To other's, don't pay anything until job is complete. EDIT: Honestly answer, who ever contacted me about anything concerning install? Only person who was making calls was me.The only calls I got from you was 6mths ago when I posted review, not to tell me what was going on, but to finish install. Nice caulking job BTW, which never came back to fix. Should I post that pic instead? 2nd call was recently to schedule inspection. So enlighten me, when exactly were we informed?"

"I needed a complete system.I spoke with Carol to set up an appt.Jeff was at my house in 2 days. Checked all vents and intakes throughly. Jeff agreed to installed a new system. Carol went over and beyond to do some extra paperwork for me. My unit is now installed. Daniel, Adam and Cody were my techs. Very polite, funny but most of all professional and knowledgeable.
