"Beautiful condominium building in Sunny Isles. Went to a Baby shower in the building's party room. Didn't go into apartments. Plenty of ocean views. Valet parking. Staff friendly, professional."

"Their management is absolutely laughable. I used their valet service and under their care my side mirror was severely damaged the company refuses to take responsibility even after I provided an estimate. They never reached out with an insurance information or any sort of communication at all this ordeal has gone on for TWO MONTHS and still have yet to receive any insurance information, claim or report. This association actively avoids guests and residents with any issues they have. Do yourself a favor and take you business elsewhere."

"Absolute garbage my car got towed away for no reason when their place isnt that good nobody was taking over the place and I was only staying for 2-3 hrs and there was only 1 car that ever parked nearby so it wasnt bothering anyone I don’t recommend this place for no one their service is horrible and they don’t contact anyone."

"The building have nice amenities, gym area is upgraded, other areas are well conserved, nice location as well. Valet parking guys are lazy with a horrible aptitude. They should give their jobs to people who really want to work. Manager should pay attention of this situation."

Sandspoint also has a great gym, spa, tennis courts and a great pool with a wonderful view of the Atlantic ocean.. They have valet parking, concierge desk on site management and a great staff that help keep the building looking its best at all times.."
