"I live bicoastal and often come back to spend time with my fiancé and I must say these are the rudest people I have met at this establishment ! Loud neighbors and I often have issues with my instacart deliveries. Many of my orders get mis-handled or misplaced due to the staff at the front being completely rude to the person delivering my items! I certainly will be telling my other colleagues to look elsewhere for residential accommodations."

"I would not recommend Arlen House East condominium to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable living experience. The disrespectful and noisy neighbors make it impossible to relax and enjoy your own space. The only time you can get some peace and quiet is during the early morning hours. The hallways and carpets are always dirty and never seem to get vacuumed. The lack of AC in the hallways causes unpleasant smells and humidity, making it uncomfortable to walk through. The laundry machines are also dirty and not well-maintained. Cockroaches are a common problem in the building, which is a major health hazard. The presence of untrained and unbehaved dogs and their owners who do not follow the rules and regulations of a non-pet friendly building is also a major issue. The management team is ineffective in enforcing the rules, which only adds to the chaos and discomfort of living in this building. Overall, I would not recommend Arlen House East condominium to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable living experience."

"Terrible and old building 100 Bayview Dr. The housekeeping services are poor, thus there are tons of cockroaches and ants roaming the building. The building itself is poorly constructed, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing and saying through the drywalls. Moreover, many of the floors have a number of apartments under construction, exposing residents to excessive drilling noises constantly for hours on any given day. The air conditioning in the hallways is not working, nor are the elevators. There are five elevators in the building, and only two of them are in partially working condition, which leads to enormous lines in the hallways. Sometimes, all of the elevators are out of service, and you have to use the stairs to climb up and down. Keep in mind that any kind of deliveries, such as groceries, are not allowed to the units, so it's a real disaster getting up to your floor using the stairway while carrying heavy grocery bags. The building is so old that there are no fire sprinklers in the units. There is no Wi-Fi in the common areas. The laundry rooms are in unsanitary conditions; the washing machines are dirty and moldy."
