"Broken doors, almost locked ourselves out on the patio. There’s no handle outside. The burner on the stove stays on even though it says it’s off. Could have burnt the hotel down. Should do maintenance. Has to be unplugged at night so we don’t die. Sliding doors suck. No water pressure in the shower, feels like it’s lightly raining. The fans in the shower suck. Get out of the shower just to take another one because it gets so humid and damp. No TV in Master bedroom. The valet don’t even speak English. What is that? No service/ Wifi even when connected and the room Wifi doesn’t show up have the time. Don’t recommend. LOL"

"Front desk staff extremely rude. unprofessional, and violent. Extremely confrontational and disrespectful. They’re no help , have no idea what their doing . Extremely judgmental obviously because of skin tone and culture. Mila ammond sat on the cellphone talking to “the president” while we stood their waiting to be helped while she spoke on the phone and to another gentlemen. Then rudely said im listening now … Called us liars in regards to The time estimation in which we’d return to retrieve our bags from behind the counter after having to run to the store before check out . rushed into my friend’s personal space waving her hand and glasses in her face . She was genuinely in fear this lady was about to attack her. These are all different multiple occasions that occurred with this one employee. Yvette The other front desk employee simply needs more training with the Systems and professional etiquette. This in no way reflects the Airbnb host we rented through ."

"Save your time with this company. We only used the valet but the staff wasn’t friendly at all. We ran through numerous of problems. To start off the valet drivers drive the cars wreck less, they speed crazy and don’t even stop at the bump on the ground so majority of the cars scrape. My car has a numerous of scratches on it. Then they are always pressuring you to tip them every time you get your car. Then the staff inside are very disorganized, the lady in the front started tripping out on us because supposedly we didn’t pay and was saying are cars weren’t in there and being disrespectful. However we provided our receipt that we did. It’s disgusting dealing with a company who isn’t friendly and respectful with people’s cars."

"I’m only speaking from a family member’s experience. The appliances are old. The toilet overflows. They saw a roach in the kitchen. The bed broke. This place need an update on appliances and everything else. Also the tv didn’t work. They couldn’t get any channels. They rearranged the rooms from what I saw on the internet. Next time I will stay at the hotel."

"We booked through Airbnb and paid all fees through the app. We get to the front desk to check in and they want another $200 on top of what we have already paid through Airbnb. $100 was for the security deposit and $100 for registration paperwork. I refused to pay to fill out paperwork with my own information on it and said I would agree to pay the security deposit that was said would be refunded when we checked out. We checked out and we’re told we would get the security deposit back within 24hrs. We waited 48hrs, nothing. We contacted the resort and they said oh ya we will refund it within 24hrs, still nothing. We called again to ask and the manager said, oh ya I’ll refund you and it will take like 10 mins. Then he says what day was your check in? I said April 1st, he then says oh sorry we’re not refunding your registration fee. I said we didn’t pay a registration fee and we did not fill out the paperwork. He then said we would not be getting our money back and hung up on me. I do NOT recommend this place to stay at all!! NEVER WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN."
