"Can't say enough positive things. I have had two computers serviced with them recently. My wife's computer would not complete a Windows 10 update. After my multiple failed attempts to resolve I gave in to the pro. Allan was terrific. I had my computer there recently to clone the boot drive HDD to a SSD and man is it now fast. 5 Star customer service and everything fixed/updated as requested. Allan & Patty are the best."
"Allan and Patty run a lovely, welcoming business. Allan spent a lot of time with my desktop, trying several different avenues to fix it, before he got everything just right. The fee quoted was more than fair. I think Allan spent a lot more time on the repair than he expected to, but he did not waver from the estimate. Stand-up guy! He even made a complimentary visit to my home to get the printer up and going with the new hard drive. Things have been tough in Englewood after the hurricane, with many businesses trying to take advantage of our forlorn state, and it is refreshing to work with people who adhere to moral and sound business principles.
