"We have had a contract with Grande Aire since 1999 for our A/C and Heat Pump (that we purchased from them and they installed). We moved and we still have maintained a contract with Grande Aire on our LG Dual Inverter(s) as well as all our appliances. The contract fees have always very fair and resonable for the service they provide. We have NEVER been disappointed in the prompt response time to any issue. Most especially important to us has been the technicians, as well as office support staff! Each staff/tech person has always been very knowedgeable to whatever situation we have called about i.e., explaining service call timing and procedures, and while remaining friendly and sympathetic to the situation, have always maintained their professionalism. On 2/14/2024 we had our semi-annual service and Mike, the service technician on Truck #76 was our Service Technician. Mike was respectful to our property and more importantly, to us. Our appointment was for 8 am and he arrived exactly on time. He was very professional explaining each step of the service call. I reccommend Grande Aire for all your aplliance and HVAC needs without hesitation. Sam and Fran Jones"

"Just had my A/c unit serviced. We use their Englewood facility. Mike., ( in truck #76) did our servicing. He was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing. He also gave us some tips on how to maintain the unit between regular servicing. Grande Aire is a very professional company. They stay in contact with you and schedule appointments, have sometime contact you if you have questions, and are always prompt. They also provide services in case of emergency (which we have not had to use!). Good company, good people, and a good choice."
