"I asked for extra tall toilets. I assumed that I was getting an extra-tall toilet base. That's what I was looking at when the tech was there to do the estimate. The installation was today. The tech and his apprentice were very nice and cordial. They did an efficient job and were very clean. No mess left at all. When I went in to see the finished product I was surprised to see the same height base as before but a three-inch deep toilet seat that is not made of super sturdy plastic. Slow closure which I liked. I have new toilets which is nice. The installation was done well. These toilet seats can be purchased on Amazon for 37.00 which I didn't know about until after they left and I was cruising Amazon for something for my husband’s recovery. I would have appreciated a more open dialogue at the time of the estimate and scheduling of the job so I could make a better-informed decision. The photos are the two before and two after."
