"Excellent costumer service! Josh came out exactly when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly. We ran through some options on a fix and he even tested other areas of the unit to help give me an idea of how efficient the unit was running. By request, he put together a quote on a whole new unit. Very knowledgeable in all areas and made the whole process way less stressful. Highly recommend!"

When another company was trying to gouge us with their pricing, I asked my neighbor for a referral. He immediately recommended Eskimo Brothers who recently installed a new system in his home. Eskimo Brothers came to our home within a couple of hours of calling them and their pricing was much more affordable and reasonable."
"On 8/10, I discovered my AC was blowing but not blowing cold air. Looked into it as far as I could and discovered that the condenser outside wasn’t working. I had already scheduled these guys to come out so when I saw this I sent a note of what I had observed. The guy comes out and verifies that there was a part needing to replace and he would replace it in the morning. System was working again by the time I get back home from work. Here we are 2 weeks later I had someone else come out as my system isn’t cooling as it should AGAIN. The next guy does a not thorough analysis. After I explained what had happened prior with having the part be replaced, he instructs me to set the systems to their coldest setting. Then checks the same system outside and within a minute was telling me my lines were freezing and it means either a leak or an issue with the engine inside. Those white pipes in the picture are actually black. It was completely frozen bro. We then go inside where he opens the system and confirms that it is also frozen. I’m getting my system repaired as I type this by another company because I’m pissed at their lack of attention to detail. They didn’t even look at the rest of the system (inside) to see what else might be going on. I gave them 2 stars for 2 reasons: 1) they did come out faster than anyone else was able to 2) they did what I would say is a partial repair of the system. I ended up buying a portable system for my bedroom because my wife and I were literally sweating in bed at night. I’d only consider giving them another shot in the future if I got a refund for the last service that I consider to be totally lacking."
"My AC went out on a day where temps were hitting triple digits. Brutal! I called multiple companies who advertised 24 hour service and only 2 returned my call (it was a Sunday morning). Not only did Eric from Eskimo Brothers call me back within 30 minutes, he was at my property to assess the situation by 10 AM that morning! Unfortunately when he arrived it was bad news, compressor was shot and a new unit was needed (he gave me multiple options but replacing the unit was the most reasonable for a 10+ year old unit). I decided to do my due diligence and had a second opinion which provided the same diagnosis, bad compressor, new unit needed. I received several quotes and I decided to go with Eskimo brothers and I’m glad I did! Eric scheduled me for the very next day at a very fair and reasonable price. Alex was my installer. Not only did he do an amazing job installing the unit, but you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more polite guy than him. He answered every question I had, a true professional. He sealed the deal on why I will stick with Eskimo brothers for any future AC needs or maintenance. If you need AC work done, look no further. Trust me."
"It's always hard knowing if/when you can trust a company with your business. However Eskimo Brothers (Josh) made it really easy for me to make this decision. Having recently purchased our home in April/22, Eskimo Brothers called to advise they were under contract with the previous owner to service the existing unit and a free check up/service remained available and they were kind enough to offer it to us, so we scheduled the maintenance for the following month. When Josh arrived, I Immediately recognized and appreciated his down to earth demeanor. It quickly calmed the stereotypical thoughts most people have when a repairman is around. As he navigated his check list, I tagged along trying to learn quickly and without hesitation he explained everything I was curious about in a delightful manner. The visit was pleasant. Fast forward 12 months (April/24), it was time to replace the existing unit and their was no need to consider who I would trust with the job. Eskimo Brothers offered us competitive pricing with quality work (pics included). They installed a new unit/handler today. The job was completed in 4 - 5hrs by Alex.
