"Really slow. Everyone works slowly, walks slowly, checks in people slowly. The wait to get checked in alone was like an hour. Edit: yeah they should make it appointment only. At least until they get their staffing situation figured out. Firestone had me in and out super quick (30mn! Faster than I could use the restroom at the nearby Publix and walk back on foot). To be fair, it was early in the morning, maybe later in the day it would’ve taken longer at Firestone, but it was also early in the morning for Walmart! I went to Firestone after waiting in line at Walmart for an hour lol. An hour I’ll never get back."

"A Tuesday, Never waste precious time there, Definitely not professional and they’re a bit lazy. When i first arrived out back and sat and waited to talk to someone but they were all huddled in a circle away from customers talking amongst themselves and on their phones. I left for 30 minutes then went back only to ask them to see what battery they have that my vehicle would take, he found a match and said they can put it in for me with no extra cost, I personally could’ve did it myself but out of curtesy i figured why not since it only takes literally 5 minutes to switch it out, I sat inside watching but the workers were mostly pacing back and forth talking & joking around, I shrugged whatever I guess maybe 10 minutes wont hurt… talking to a guy inside who was getting his car worked on apparently he’s been waiting inside a LONG time for a tire change, his car has been ready but no one told him.. I was still watching my car sit there untouched while seeing each worker CLOCK OUT until there was only two left who seemed unaware that my car was to be worked on.. its just a battery swap.. I somehow ended up waiting a full hour in the lobby seeing the two workers work on a guys car that came right after me for an oil change, I’m annoyed at that point and asked a girl at checkout if my car was ready, its just a battery swap.. she went out to ask one of the guys who were working on the other car, watching them he looks Sooo confused as if they FORGOT my huge vehicle was there, there was only two cars lol, after that my car was done within 10 minutes. The men who checked me in and ended up leaving are SO UNPROFESSIONAL they didn’t even let anyone know where they left off. Maybe they thought I was dumb since i am young but I could tell they were way to lax and comfortable to have such poor communication with customer’s whom vehicle’s they’re entrusted to."

"I arrived the first time for an oil change and they told me they aren't doing anymore after 12pm, I was like there is 5 hrs left? The mechanic says, it's only him there today, and there will be more tomorrow and there are a lot of cars left. The mechanic tells me, to come early before everyone and you'll be fine. So here I arrive at 7:08am (after a night shift working), 8 minutes after they open and the lady at the desk says they are booked for the day. I was like, for an oil change 8 minutes after you open?" She says "yes people have been setting appointments and we are booked until tomorrow mid day. I was like how is a place that has a 6 bay garage or fits 6 cars at a time, booked with only a couple cars in the parking lot (including mine). They only do oil changes and tire work, no major repairs. Horrible experience, seeing how I did exactly what they asked to only get the same result. But more driving."

"When to walmart to repair a leaky tire, Arrive at 2:45 waited in car for fifteen minutes. No one came up. I had a new customer come in behind me and get it oil Change then they tell me they're done taking news customers after him."

"Been there twice, never again. Had appointments both times. This time they refused to put the tires THAT I BOUGHT THERE on the car because the rims and tires weren't stock. Got up early on a Sunday to be there for a 7am appointment, took them 40 minutes to tell me this. Absolute $@!#show. Do not waste your time here!"
