"I had an issue with our AC system not cooling. I called in at 8am and was made a second call after working on another job near me. I thought I would wait for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived within a few hours. The technician was Davie. He had a very pleasant personality and introduced himself as he came to the door. He wore his protective booties so there was no dirt or debris dragged in. That tells me a lot about the person and the company, very professional. He began his troubleshooting and within minutes, he discovered a bad capacitor. He came in and explained to me what had failed and the reason for the failure. I went out with him and he showed me all the issues with my unit and took care of what he could with no additional charges. We had let our scheduled visits lapse and he explained how important it is to stuck to the schedule to prevent issues. Very pleased with him personally and look forward to seeing him again for our regular maintenance visit. I highly recommend Easy AC and especially Davie, he went above and beyond on the service call. Keep this man happy and well paid, he is a rare find and needs to be rewarded for his extra effort. One happy and "cool" customer!"
