"Great experience service with John on two separate occasions. First was a transfer switch that when bad and spent several hours replacing it. It was in a very hidden area of my Keystone Montana Legacy which he was able To locate. It has run great ever since. Second issue was Leveling Jack had started to leak hydraulic fluid. The seal had ruptured so he ordered a new one. Came back to install. Works perfect and have had no issues with either. I would definitely recommend him. I have him coming back for routine maintenance which he also does. Thanks John for the great service."

"We called John out to repair our washing machine on 3/14/2023. He came out the following Thursday 3/13. He looked at our washer, told us it was the control panel/motherboard and it would need to be replaced. My husband paid him $300. $25 for the service call and $275 to pay or the replacement part. In April 3rd I sent him a text asking if our part had come in. No response. I texted again n April 7th. John finally called me back, said the part was back ordered and he would call and check on the status the Monday after Easter. I’ve had no further contact from John. I texted him on May 20th, June 9th asking him to cancel the order and to please refund me the money for the part. No response. I called and left a message today again asking for a refund. At this time I think it’s getting to the point where I will have to contact the BBB. John seemed like a very nice man, unfortunately he’s not a good businessman."
