"Came in for tire change…they changed it. Simple… I’m not giving 5 stars bc you know how to change a tire. I would hope so if I’m coming here. So I give rates based on customer service. They acted as if they were scared to speak to me (female) they spoke Spanish around me at all times, then spoke English when I guess they were comfortable speaking in that language. I know Spanish, so they were not talking about me but what they was talking about was another client. I still felt a way because I understood and I don’t think they assumed I understood. However, I go to post using cars, and was told after that I was charged an additional percent for using it. Had I known I had an option I would have used cash. This place seems hungry for money and I do not like that. I would go somewhere else and pay more for better service. Will not return, not even got water!"

"I brought my vehicle here for alternator and battery. After they performed service, my cluster went out to where you couldn’t see anything on dashboard. Couldn’t track speed, gas mileage, light indicator or anything. I took it back and they refused to look at it due to wanting to get paid. I explained to them that this issue was caused from their service. The guy Marcelo and Kirk were rude and very dismissive. I understand that auto repair services can be very tedious and time consuming, but at the same time, it’s a career you signed up for because it can be very lucrative, so with that being said, these guys here are only worried about getting paid, especially through the insurance companies. They might be good at what they do but in my experience, they did not damage than good. Then they are refusing to fixed it because insurance is not covering it. All I have to say is these ppl are all about money and I would do research on other shops before going here. I am without a vehicle because he is NOT an honest man and would not attempt to check to see what the issue is and how we can compromise. This was NOT an issue before I took my car to them and he admitted to understanding that it could’ve been something he did. Like just fix it and let me go about my day. I would love to refer him if he was that guy, but he is too money motivated and to me that’s not a good mechanic! Do not go here!!!! Shop around! You have been warned."

"Came here to get my oil changed a few months ago and they stripped my oil drain plug and I will have to get it replaced. Sad to find out now, when I need an oil change and I'm not able to do it myself because some people can't inform their customers that a drain plug is completely stripped. I should have never come here and just did it myself, but at the time, I didn't have a jack or anything to put the old oil in. Now I have that stuff and can't even change my own oil because of this place. I went in one day about this and was told they would replace the bolt for me. A few days later, there was still no response. So I'm pretty sure they told me that so I would leave. It's been almost a week, and still no response from them. Mistakes happen, but if you would tell a customer that a bolt is stripped, it would be easy to sell them one to avoid any issues down the road. You would be better off getting an oil change in the mcdonalds parking lot instead of this place. I have no issue buying things for my car it's just irritating when a shop doesn't even back up what their employees mess up."
