"Kevin was able to come my rescue, I thought I knew what was wrong with my dometic a/c, after all I watched all the YouTube videos and checked many websites. Opened up the unit and went through the steps outlined on YouTube to check. Explained what I thought it was to Kevin and he kindly walked me through the different possibilities. He came by at the end of a long hot day and took my unit apart then showed me the two parts that were not working (not the capacitor that I thought it was).
