"They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me."
"Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!"
