"I called needing advice about a cracked pipe that a previous plumber had discovered but was not able to repair, and the owner spoke with me for a long time. I told him that I already had a video of the inside of our pipes, but he said he wanted to see for himself and offered to come by and check it out at no charge, just to make sure he knew what he was dealing with. Once he was here, he realized he would need additional equipment, so he sent over an employee who came shortly thereafter. Both of them were very professional and friendly and I know that when it's time for them to begin repairing our pipes, we'll be in good hands with them!"
