He shares his 50+ years of experience freely without being judgmental ( if you happen to mistreat your machine a bit) , does small adjustments during initial consult without a charge and, overall is just awesome! My 11 years old heavy duty Singer being restored by John to its former glory aka factory settings is now working smoother , better and more quietly than ever. It is a very rare experience lately but I am profoundly happy that I found this business to take my sewing machines for service!"
