"We called Sergei for another issue, this time with the door of our GE microwave. He told us that GE would say the whole door needed to be replaced. But Sergei said, "We know a trick" and two minutes later everything worked great. Great company, easy to work with, came the day after we called - we love them."

He has worked on my dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and cleaned the dryer vents every spring ( free of lint which can cause a fire) His work is EXCELLENT and his pricing is VERY REASONABLE!!! More importantly, he is a very honest person...which is hard to find these days! Lastly, he cleans up after himself!"

"I do not recommend this company. On November 11th 2023, I filled a report that my refrigerator wasn’t working, A Plus was contacted and sent someone to evaluate the problem on 11/15/23. I was told the refrigerator cannot be fixed, needs to be replaced. I was told by the technician that he will send the report to American Home Shield. I’m still waiting for the report to be sent. I have called many times and left several messages. Keep in mind I have a quadriplegic child at home with 24 hours nursing home care services."
