"I recently had my LG fridge that failed me Tuesday 11/7. Called this service to see what’s going on with my fridge. Same day they came out. The guy wasn’t as pleasant and or welcoming. I had to introduce myself to him and welcome him to my home. So he did his testing or what not. And told me it a board failure. He told it was gonna cost $322 to get it Replaced + additional $215 for labor fee. And told me that the part will have to be ordered 3-4 business days. Part arrived 7/11. Again I had to introduce my again to him and he made himself his way in my house without even asking which I was like ok. He had the new part. He installed it and spent like 15-20mins turning off my fridge & turning it back on and now tells me that it’s the compressor is failing. He took the new board off and replaced it back with the original one and yet still charged me $215 for labor work. Such a waste of time & money! I wouldn’t recommend this service at all to anyone."

They answer their calls, stay in touch, come when they say. Actually had parts with them, so they didn’t have to back! Happy Dance."

"They may be a very professional on the repair side, unfortunately I will never find out, and I understand that there is a certain business models that have certain ways of doing business but when you call to ask a simple question to get a BALL park estimate on replacing the dryer bell and provide all the necessary information to do that all you get back is triple explanation of how the technician need to come out to do estimate for $89 (and I have no problem with that and understand that the repairs could be more extensive from what anticipated ) before they can give me that info, naturally I get suspicious of the outcome... I see the revies are good and you may get a reasonable service. But the sales tactic, politeness and professionalism of the person on the other end of the line should be more customer friendly in my opinion. To the owner of this business, we have few properties in that aria that need maintenance, your business was the first one I called.. As a business owner to a business owner, I would address that issue."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Refrigerator quit at 10:00 pm, called the office shortly after 9:00am and was able to get an appointment from 2 to 5 pm. They really worked around our schedule. A little while later we received a call from Keith and he said he could be here between 2 and 3. Perfect! He arrive right as scheduled, diagnosed the issue, had the part on the truck, cleaned out iced up lines, replaced the fan and had the fridge working within an hour! One of the best service calls we have ever had over the last 50 years. Can't say enough the friendly attitude and service starting with the first call to the office all the way through the repair. Keith was great! I would recommend them highly!"
