"My dryer stopped working. While I appreciated the tech coming the next day, he was incredibly rude and charged me $194.85 to replace a burned out fuse! I commented, "Goodness. I didn't pay that much for the dryer." In a condescending, know-it-all tone, he said, "Yes, you did." I said, "No, I didn't. I bought it used." He also only takes cash or checks, no debit cards. I was not aware of this. Acting like "I don't have time for this," he then stood with his hand on his hip while I pulled the cash together. Oh, and he carries no change, so he got $200. Never again."
