"Our Frigidaire refrigerator stopped freezing. Contacted Frigidaire warranty (still under warranty). I was contacted the same day by Michelsons and an appointment was scheduled for the next day.Dan arrived early , checked the refrigerator out and found what was wrong. Part had to be ordered (this was on a Friday) said that it would take 3-5 days . Got a call on Wednesday ( 5 days) and an appointment set up for Friday (one week after original appointment) Dan arrived at time indicated , put new part in and was finished in less than half hour. Refrigerator has worked perfectly since then. Good quick service. Would recommend for any repairs needed Thanks Dan , polite , quick and accurate repair"

"I have a Bosch dishwasher that needed repair. I reached out to Bosch and they gave me this company to contact (authorized to repair Bosch). I filled out and submitted an online service request but after 24 hours, I never received a call to schedule the service. I then called their local number and a lady answered (I assume it was a call center since they had broken English). I explained I would like to schedule a repair for my dishwasher and the lady explained she can't schedule the repair until they receive my online request order which I was told takes about 48 hours after I submit it. I asked why does it matter and can't they just schedule me now that I am on the phone? But she refused. A day later, at 4:55PM, I receive a call from Patricia calling to schedule my repair. Unfortunately, I missed her call and when I called back they already had closed for the day (5PM). So I called the following morning and get the "call center" again. I explain that I received a call from Patricia and that she got my online request and wanted to schedule the service call. The lady on the phone was unable to verify they had received my online request and kept insisting that they didn't get my online request yet (despite it being several days now since I submitted it). Again, I am insisting that I got a call from Patricia and kept asking if I can just speak with Patricia and was told "no". The lady on the phone kept putting me on hold for long periods. At one point, I was on hold for nearly 25 minutes. During this time, I researched the company and started reading all the negative reviews. I realized this is not worth my trouble and ended up hanging up because I was tired of being on hold and called another local company. That guy came out the same day and charged me under $100 total and fixed the problem right away. In the end, I guess everything worked out great for me."

"AVOID!!! By far one of the worst experiences with a repair company, and that says a lot. From the moment the first call was placed on 1//2/2024 to today, 1/30/2024 this has been a disaster. Hire these guys and you will pay a higher than others diagnostic fee (which very well may be the wrong diagnosis) and could be sitting here 4 weeks and trips later, over $300 spent and still having a fridge that isn’t working. The office staff kept saying someone from Management would call me to resolve out issue, however that call never came. Good luck getting ahold of the office as well, half the calls I made I was on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up. Hire Michaelson’s basically if you don’t value your own time. They’ll give you the run around on why it takes so long to get them out. They’ll tell you a part needs to be replaced, make you pay for it and then leave before confirming the part ACTUALLY FIXED the problem. Then they’ll blame Samsung for the improper diagnosis and not refund you for the part, labor or diagnosis but instead tell you, it’s the control board and that’ll be another $200. Hey, at least he offered to install the $200 board for free, lol get outta here. Or just hire Cannon or another reputable company to come out, actually diagnose the problem for $98 vs $129. Oh, and guess what, you don’t pay them until the job is done and working to the customers expectation. Now that’s the way business should be done. If you still choose to go with Michaelson’s you’ve been warned, you’re going to waste a lot of your time and money for nothing. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well because businesses like this should not be allowed to operate claiming to be BBB accredited. Before you respond that you wish I contacted the office before posting this… I did and spoke with Kevin and was told “I promise I will get back with you before end of day”. That was 3 days ago."

"Complete waste of time and money. The technician arrived and told us we needed a new pump motor. So we ordered the part and paid $380 for part and service. The part arrives and we call them to come back and install. Next availability is 4 days or but ok. Tech shows up for the 1:00-4:00 time slot after 6:00 pm. No call to say they'd be so late. To the techs credit he was very nice and we believe he tried his best. But after over 2.5 hours he says the new part isn't working and he can't fix the dishwasher. We need a new dishwasher. That's an acceptable answer on the first visit and a property diagnosis. Not the second visit after making us buy a part and pay $380."

"Jim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was and what parts were needed. He was also very polite. Unfortunately, one of the parts he replaced wasn't done properly, and caused a leak with the machine, which wasn't part of the original issue that needed fixing. My machine is under warranty, so in order for them fix the issue, I have to wait longer for the warranty team to call them to schedule another repair. They are not contractually obligated to fix an issue they created. Pretty upsetting."
