"I really wanted to like this company. I called them to perform a installation (only) on a brand new air handler and condenser unit. Their price was fair, and they showed up on time. While the actual unit installation & operation is good, a lot of small details where improperly done as discovered by a home pre-purchase inspection performed after installation: -Electrical connections were left not water tight and exposed to the elements -The thermostat/communication wire from the old existing unit was reused instead of it being replaced as part of the installation process. I was not even asked if I wanted to replace that which is obvious that it should have been. -Refrigerant lines that should have been foam insulated were left uninsulated and exposed. I understand that mistakes happen, stuff gets missed, and that one installers lack of attention to detail does not necessarily represent a company as a whole. For this reason, I reached out via email on September 28, and then again on October 6th 2023 to make the company aware of this, with the hopes that we could find a mutual solution. Unfortunately, every email has gone unanswered. I have called the office multiple times to follow up, and while the office staff has been absolutely pleasant to talk to, I am always promised a callback from the “boss“ but to date I have yet. Seems like a company that gets something done, but do not expect any post work customer service. I love to support smaller businesses, which is why I went with them… but it sucks that a company can’t even answer an email or a call whenever a customer raises an issue about work that was in properly done by them. And almost 30 days is plenty of time."

"After our 15 year old AC gave up on Labor Day. We called Kenny’s AC which was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the same day to assess the problem and kept it going during the hot summer but ultimately it had to be replaced. Kenny is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you’re part of his family. He provided several options and was not out to sell the shiniest and most expensive system. We got an estimate and details of the job to be performed. We requested a new estimate with upgraded system and we were very satisfied with the process. The quality of the products were excellent and explanations offered and all our questions were answered clearly and precisely. Last but not least, the President Joe— Joe pulled an incredible amount of strings for me to get the exact branded condenser & handler that I wanted. This level of service is un-matched from working with prior HVAC companies. Your team & company surpassed all my expectations and some.
