"I was in a great need to have my washing machine service since I run a cleaning business. So, after looking over the reviews on goggle I decided to try Handy Randy's Enterprises. Teresa answered the phone right away and I told her my situation and she explained to me how they do their service and fees up front. She was able to get a technique to my home in a couple of hours, which I was so grateful for. Charles the service man called to let me he was able to arrive a little earlier than scheduled and to make sure I would be home. He arrived when he said he would and properly introduced himself and went right to work. After seeing what was going on with my machine, he explained to me what it would take to fix it and the cost. He help me to make the best decision for my situation and since I ran a commercial business (which other service people were aware of) to get a commercial washing machine and where to get it. If they other service people would've told me what I really needed I wouldn't be out so much money. I even asked him where did he recommend me to go, so I did just that, I have never been to Famous Tate to buy anything and he was absolutely correct. They even made sure I had my machine the same day with a discount and delivered it for free. So even though Handy Randy's didn't fix my machine I was so impressed with their professionalism, prompt response, and friendly employees. Though I hated to have to buy another washing machine I can tell the Speed Queen is well made and will be able to take the beaten for my daily use of it.
