"Today, I received a diagnostic for my system due to a couple of issues. Kelvin did an excellent job—he meticulously checked every component of my system and explained everything thoroughly. I've previously been serviced by the two largest companies in the area, but I didn't feel they had my best interests in mind. Kelvin was a breath of fresh air, and he instilled confidence in me about the upcoming service. While I haven't experienced the actual service yet, I have a positive feeling that they'll do a great job. I'll provide an update!"
